Finished Cards Part 1

IMG_0046Last week Claudia Kirby and I held a class called Layered Inspiration. The projects for this class included 4 cards (not shown) and 8 focal points (shown to the left) utilizing the wonderful shapes Stampin’ Up! offers.  This class was a huge success and very meaningful to me because I learned a lot about layering and the possibilities for my cards.  This week I’ll be posting the finished cards made from the focal points we made in class.

The first card uses four shapes: Oval #2, Decorative Label punch, Apothecary framelit, 1/2′ Circle punch. I really love the colors in this card and had intended for it to have a vintage feel that could be turned into either a masculine or feminine card. What do you think? Those of you who attended the class need to mount yours too and show me how YOU did it!
