Can you relate to my Monday Math? Maybe your equation is different, but mine adds up to the February problem of pushing through winter until spring! I can either do this gracefully or begrudgingly while waiting for the next season to come. I’m going to choose to focus on as much indoor FUN as possible, starting with remembering all the people in my life that matter to me.
I had the opportunity to hear a great speaker, Jason Wright, over the weekend at my Stampin’ Up! Leadership 2015 Conference who challenged us to spend time writing letters/cards to the people in our lives. His basic message was this: Actually writing down our thoughts and feelings to others is important because they can become a permanent reminder to be read over and over and kept indefinitely, but most importantly, letters/cards can change lives.
Obviously, this is something I’ve always believed because of what I’ve been doing with my Stampin’ Up! business these last 15 years, but I am inspired anew to not forget how much my written word inside a card might mean to those around me.
How perfect is it that I’m having a class this week with the opportunity to make tons of cards and treats? Come join me!
