The view from my recliner is my newly reconstructed foot. Today is the 11th day (but who’s counting) of sitting, elevating and icing my foot. Although I’m out of my comfort zone being still, I’ve managed to surround my chair with projects to keep me company (sane) during my healing process. Many of these projects are stamping/crafting so I thought I’d share what I’ve been doing. I think I’ll call it Chair Crafting.
My youngest kiddo just started college and he asked me to send him some things from home, including a coaster for his desk. (????????) Since I am home bound for a few weeks I was delighted to realize that “I can make that!” So with a tray on my lap I created this coaster for him. I hope he likes it!
Directions for Stamping on Tumble Tile
The process was simple. I stamped the two images in Black StazOn ink first and heat set the ink to dry. Then I used ink and the Aqua Painter brush to make the watercolored background. After the ink was dry I sealed it with satin finishing spray. Boom!
