Beautiful Backgrounds for my Butterfly Friends

Each month I gather with other demonstrators in my Butterfly Friends team to stamp, swap, learn, and be inspired by each others stamped art. I have the privilege of providing stamping projects for this group each month, and I work to find projects that try new techniques or patterns AND/OR retry older techniques or patterns.

This month my projects focused on background techniques using brand new stamp sets, and this was so much fun for me!  Check out the cards and let me know in the comments if you would like to learn any of these background techniques!

Burnished Ink

Embossing Paste over Burnished Ink

Ink Smooshing

Die Paper Piecing

Pigment Sprinkles

Did you know that during August you can get $155 of Stampin’ Up! products for only $99? If you have a big wish list, then you need to take advantage of this deal this month.  Talk to me if this intrigues you. Check out some more information.
