Test-driving the New 2023-2025 In Colors

On May 2nd Stampin’ Up! releases their newest Annual Catalog which means there will be all kinds of new products to play with! Let’s dive into the 5 new 2023-2025 In Colors today, and take them for a test-drive to see how they perform and how we can incorporate them into the collection of Stampin’ Up! colors. We will look at each color individually to see how they play on their own and with other colors.

One of the most helpful color tools I use is the Stampin’ Up! Color Coach. This tool puts together color combination suggestions with each individual color to help in the creative process. This tool is a free download, made available by Stampin’ Up!, to demonstrators to share. I printed my Color Coach on a good quality copy paper, cut apart with my Paper Trimmer, and then mounted each color combo onto its coordinating cardstock color.

Papercrafting Playdate 88 – Test-driving the new In Colors

Take a look at the video tutorial and see not only the new colors in action, but find some fast and easy card designs to use with any stamps and supplies you might have. I use some simple masking, blending brushes, a color block technique, and an easy paper strips layout.

I had so much fun working with the new In Colors and figuring out how they work that I made a bunch of cards! I think that after my careful research of, and first time playing with the new colors my first favorite is Boho Blue. It is such a happy color. Next has to be Moody Mauve because its MAUVE and mauve is nostalgic for me! Then Pebbled Path stands out and a super useful neutral to add to the mix. Both Copper Clay and Wild Wheat are going to be great warm colors for nature images. A successful first time around with the new colors!

Stay tuned for more information about how to get a sampling of all the new 2023-2025 In Colors by participating in my product share! Happy creating!

  1. Enjoyed watching PlayDate#88 on replay, Robin! You provided so many inspiring ideas and techniques for me to try. Thank you so much; you were missed these past two weeks but I can only imagine what a daunting tasks revamping your craft room was. Stay golden!! 💜✨🥰

Robin…I love the cards you made today and also the new colors…the blue and mauve remind me of country blue and country rose…what goes around comes around. Avocado green has been back for quite a long time. With affection, Charlotte

    1. Hello Charlotte! I feel exactly the same about the Boho Blue and Moody Mauve. My mom made us a double wedding ring quilt when we got married and it is exactly those 2 colors. I will have to share it on a playdate. Everything cycles, right? Thank you so much for your message!

Great presentation!! LOVE seeing all the new colors in a project!

I have been very ill and in 2 hospitals and 2 rehab centers for the last 5 months. I had double pneumonia. My craft room is a total mess!!!

I have a question for you. I was told that a person, could rejoin stamping’ up and get the new products as well as a new sponsor. Is this correct?
So nice getting your emails and seeing you shining little face!!!!
    Stephanie

    1. Hi Stephanie! I’m so sorry to hear about your past few months and health trials. I can imagine you have had to put many things on hold as you’ve been recovering. Yes is the answer to your question. As long as it has been 6 months since dropping demonstratorship, you can sign up under a new person. You can repurchase the starter kit once you’ve dropped as well.
