Pocket Cards & Tags – Papercrafting Playdate 175

Two of my favorite items to make out of paper are pockets and tags. Let’s put these two best friends together to create some fun interactive cards.

  3. Cut some 4-1/4″ x 11″ pieces of cardstock to begin making basic pocket cards!
Papercrafting Playdate 175 – Pocket Cards & Tags

Supplies & Directions

Version 1

  • 4-1/4” x 11” cardstock scored at 5-1/2″
  • 3-1/4” x 5-3/8” cardstock for tag
  • 4″ x 5-1/4″ DSP
  • 5″ ribbon

Version 2

  • 4-1/4” x 11” cardstock scored at 1-1/4″ and 5-1/2″
  • 3-1/4” x 10-1/2” cardstock for tag card scored at 5-1/4″
  • 3-1/4” x 4” DSP
  • 1” x 4” DSP
  • 3-1/4″ x 5-1/4″ DSP
  • 5″ ribbon

Version 3

  • 4-1/4” x 11” cardstock scored in half at 5-1/2″ then scored at 1/4″ along each long side.
  • 3-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ cardstock for tag
  • 3-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ DSP for tag topper
  • 3″ x 3-1/2″ DSP
  • 5″ ribbon

I challenge you to make some simple pocket cards and fill them with tags or cards to surprise and delight the recipient! Happy creating!
