Alternative Card 1 – Gift Card Holder

  • Use the Mellow Moss premade rectangle to create a gift card holder for the inside of the card. Score at 1/4″ on the two short sides and one long side. Cut out the corners, and crease the score lines to the inside. Add adhesive to the flaps and attach to the inside of the card.

Alternative Card 2 – Inside Pocket Gift Card Holder

  • Cut a slit in the card front at 1-1/2″ from the bottom edge to the score line.
  • Attach the small flap to the inside of the card base along the bottom and side edge to create a pocket.
  • Cut a piece of envelope flap (or beige patterned premade card) to 1-1/4″ x 4″ and attach to the pocket.
  • Stamp the pine bough image in a circle on the card front (use the premade circle to trace around with a pencil to use as a guide).
  • Create the focal point and attach only to the small card front and overlapping the slit.

Alternative Card 3 – Diagonal Flap Pocket Card

  • Measure and make a pencil mark 2″ down from the top right corner of the card front. Make a score line from the 2″ mark to the top of the center score line.
  • Fold and crease the diagonal score line back towards the front of the card.
  • Cut apart one of the kit’s envelopes and use the Basic Beige sides to cover the diagonal flap and the inside of the card base.
  • Adhere the bottom and side of the card base together to create a closed pocket.
  • Add a dimensional to the corner of the diagonal flap to attach it to the pocket front.
  • Add the house and greenery to the top of the rectangle insert.
  • Add a greeting label focal point to the front of the pocket.

Alternative Card 4 – Easel Card

  • Score the card front in half at 2-1/8″.
  • Attach the large focal point to the bottom section of the scored card front only.
  • Add a greeting label popped-up on the inside of the card base to hold the folded easel in place when opened.
