The fun continues as I work my way through each new month of 2024 using my new Laurel Denise Vertical Planner. As I’ve mentioned before I am trying to be much more intentional about creating and decorating personal items for myself this year and creating more space in my day to be mindful about what I spend time doing. It’s now the end of March and so far, I’m doing medium? 😅 I’ve created the physical pieces that are intended to help me be mindful along with downloading some helpful apps and restructuring my time a bit, HOWEVER, I am not 100% pleased with my success. Part of the reason my so-so results have been mostly mediocre is because I have traveled 29 out the 90 days so far in 2024!!!!!!! Traveling makes me crazy and creates an extra mental load that extends before and after I return home. So what this has taught me is that my “system” for mindfulness needs to be a bit more flexible. I’m learning!!
