More Pocket Cards Made Using Patterned Paper


As promised, today we are adding to our knowledge of pocket cards and learning some additional designs. Pocket cards are very fun to make, and are very special because they are interactive for the recipient.

 Landscape Angled-Fold Pocket Card

  • 5-1/2” x 4-1/4” cardstock base
  • 3-1/2” x 4-3/4” cardstock for insert
  • 4” x 10-1/2” patterned paper, scored at 5-1/4”.

Portrait Angled-Fold Pocket Card

  • 5-1/2” x 4-1/4” cardstock base
  • 3-1/4” x 4-3/4” cardstock for insert
  • 4” x 10-1/2” patterned paper, scored at 5-1/4”
Trifold Pocket & Trifold Crisscross Pocket Cards

 Trifold Pocket Card

  • 5-1/2” x 4-1/4” cardstock base
  • 5-1/4” x 12” patterned paper, scored at 4” & 8”.
  • 3-1/2” x 4-3/4” cardstock for insert

Trifold Crisscross Pocket Card

  • 5-1/2” x 4-1/4” cardstock base
  • 5-1/4” x 12” patterned paper, scored at 4” & 8”.
  • 3-1/2” x 4-3/4” cardstock for insert

Inside Pocket Card

  • 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” cardstock, scored at 4-1/4”
  • 3-1/4” x 4-3/4” cardstock for insert
  • 5-1/4” x 12” patterned paper, scored at 5-1/4” & 10-1/2”.

Create the pocket by securing the 1-1/2” panel to the inside at the edges. Adhere the pocket to the inside of a regular card base.
