I Love a New Pattern – Can’t Stop Creating 4 in 1 Quadrilateral Cards!

I’m having so much fun with the latest card template I shared on Friday’s Papercrafting Playdate that I have to share some more samples. AND you are also getting a sneak peek at some new products coming soon in the next mini catalog that will get you all set for fall papercrafting.

Please let me introduce the Gorgeous Leaves Bundle available August 3rd, 2021. I can say with confidence that I will be using these images throughout the entire fall season. I love the grungy/vintage look and the amazing background images that come in the stamp set, Gorgeous Leaves. I put this bundle right to work and created my own patterned paper to use with the 4 in 1 Quadrilateral Card Template. You can watch a step by step tutorial for putting these cards together and packaging them for gifting on my video tutorial.

Gorgeous Leaves Bundle and Biggest Wish stamp set

Creating background paper from scratch is easy. All you need are images and inks that go together. For this project I used 6×6 Kraft card stock, 7 images, and 6 ink pads. It’s best to start with the largest image or a background image when making a collage design, and then work down to the smallest image. The photos below show the step by step process of creating my own background paper.

Cut into fourths using the 4 in 1 quadrilateral card pattern.

The new Kraft Gift Boxes are perfectly sized to fit a set of cards inside. The outside of the box was stamped to coordinate with the set of cards. Who wouldn’t want to receive this happy set of cards?

Are you ready for some more samples using this amazing pattern with different Designer Series Papers? I’ve used the Sweet Symmetry DSP and the Hand-Penned DSP for these samples, and notice how the quadrilateral piece is located differently. There are so many options for a fun patterned paper swap on the from of your card. Leave me a comment and let me know which set of cards is your favorite! Enjoy!
