Color trends change frequently in fashion and home decor! Trends change more quickly than this girl can keep up with that is for sure. Usually, by the time I’m on board with the latest style, paint color, or fashion accessory that trend is on the way out. And I’m OK with that. However, in my Stampin’ Up! papercrafting world I know that I am always “in” with the most trendy colors because the brilliant minds at Stampin’ Up! stay on top of it for me. So without further ado…please allow me introduce to you to the 2021-2022 new In Colors!!!!! Applause is appropriate and welcome.
Adding these 5 new colors to Stampin’ Up!’s Color Collection (50 colors in all!) is going to be so much fun, and will give our card making inspiration an easy boost. First off I have noticed that using these new colors with each other is already spectacular. The two green colors are perfect complements and look amazing with the others as well. I’m trying to figure out which color will ultimately be my favorite, but it is too difficult. I’m always a fan of purple so if I had to pick today I’d say Fresh Freesia, but don’t hold me to it!
Let’s soak in these new beautiful friends, shall we?
I jumped right in and created some quick cards using all five of the colors together, and was so pleasantly surprised at how they coordinated with each other.
Now let’s compare the new colors to some of the colors already in our Color Collections you can see how they will fit in with what you may have.
